A Bridge to Better Health Care

Harming Our Health Care: The Worst is Yet to Come

Americans deserve a health care system that’s affordable, accessible, simple and sensible. But in the five years since the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as Obamacare, became law, millions of Americans have lost their health insurance, been deprived of their doctors, lost their health insurance and sometimes their jobs, and suffered staggering insurance cost increases.

And the greatest harms are yet to come. That’s because President Obama has delayed many of the most painful pieces of this complex mess of a law until after the next election. The President knows the law isn’t working, and it never will. We deserve better. We don’t have to settle for Obamacare. It’s time to build a bridge to better health care.
